About Us
The Central Coast Local Health District is situated on Darkinjung land, and is comprised of both Gosford & Wyong Hospitals.
The Central Coast Resident Member Officer Association (CCRMOA) is the representative body for the doctors-in-training (DiT) working on the Central Coast. This includes all interns, residents & registrars training in the local area.
The CCRMOA facilitates social, sporting, research and educational opportunities for the local doctors as wel as aiming to improve working conditions and wellbeing in junior doctors. We also aim to support the junior doctors by improving local practices and policies in collaboration with the local health district.
Key event highlights for the year include Careers Nights, Wine Tour, End of Term Parties, Testimonial Dinner and the infamous JMO vs VMO Sporting Competition.
Membership is available to all doctors working at Wyong/Gosford Hospital. Membership fees are $12 per pay cycle. This amount is fully tax-deductible and appears on your pay check. Membership allows free or discounted access to all RMOA events.
